What is a Personal Chef?

Personal Chef servicing the Phoenix, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler and Ahwatukee area cooks meals in your home and packages them for your consumption at your convenience. Dinner Party Service also available.

How does it work?

On my first visit, I fill out a personalized questionnaire to find out your tastes or dietary needs. From that information, l select a menu plan from my collection of over 600 recipes of entrees and side dishes for your approval. On the agreed upon service day, I do all the shopping, selecting only the freshest ingredients available. I then bring all my equipment to your home and begin cooking these great meals for you which takes approximately 5 - 7 hours. I leave thawing and reheating instructions. Then, I clean up, leaving your kitchen spotless, and your home smelling wonderful.

Is this service affordable?

First ask yourself, how much is my time worth? At $10 per hour, you probably spend almost 15 hours a week planning, shopping, cooking and cleaning up, which is $150. Then add in the cost of groceries and gas, which is between $80-$100 per week, or eating at a restaurant which could be $10-$15 per person. If you add in the stress and time taken away from being with your family, I think you may have justified the cost right there.

Can I give this service as a gift?

Yes, gift certificates are available. This is especially great for new moms, newlyweds, home bound people, and for friends moving into a new home.
